We loved this place - great hotel.

The hotel was clean and in a marvellous location, the staff were top-class. We stayed here before, always spotless and reasonably spacious rooms for double beds. It offered fantastic service and good food too. You guys made our stay real good.

We really enjoyed rooms with a balcony. The property's location was great, in the sand.

Clean hotel, services were fantastic and location was marvellous in the restaurants. The staff team was helpful at any time. Had the a double room and it was spotless and reasonably spacious with a balcony. I came here for 4 nights and had a real good stay.

That was great hotel set in beautiful area, short walk to the Marketplace and the golf course which is about 25 minutes and the Market restaurant. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The room I booked was big size and spotless with double beds and a balcony, as example. The staff was top-class and helpful on arrival and throughout my really nice stay. The location was great, extremely close to Dolphinaris.

The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was good.

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and took care of me throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and a beautiful beach area. The cleanliness was impressive, and I always felt comfortable and safe. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and just a short distance to the golf course. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and the staff at the restaurants provided excellent service.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a nice suite in the ü18 compartment of the hotel and couldn't have done better. The animation at the pool is ingenious and not too intrusive. The food was great and the staff always polite and courteous.

Beautiful and spacious hotel complex with a beautiful beach section. There are various pools and Jacuzzi, enough deck chairs at the beach and pool. Cool music everywhere and great vibe in the hotel. . The food was also very tasty and varied. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

I really loved this place, especially the pool!

Location: the hotel was close enough to palace and hard rock, and cancun. Furthermore, it was right at Multiplaza Shopping Mall. Booked a room with a balcony. Having hair dryers, a spa bathtub and terrycloth bathrobes was a bonus.

The room we had included TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe. A spa bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

The room I had was clean with double beds and a balcony, for instance. The location was marvellous, right next to Dolphinaris. The best part were the top-class and helpful staff.

Incredible staff, friendly and attentive, from bell boys to wait staff, they make you feel taken care of. Multiple restaurant options available, including hibachi and steak house, with delicious food and a variety of choices. Buffet with diverse options and a dessert bar. Café with great coffee and lattes, and an ice cream bar with many selections. Evening dinner show with reservation. 24-hour room service for late-night cravings. Club-like atmosphere with indoor pools, pool tables, and bars. Excursions can be booked with the vacation planner. Water park and skate park for children. a huge resort with great value for the money.

Felt taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was huge, and the meals were good, I liked the great location near to the Beach area, palace and the Market restaurant. The personnel was very amiable and excellent.
