The location was particularly GOOD and historic, for example, Incheon Chinatown was within walking distance of the hotel. Close to a train station, a market and stores were not far as well. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Harbor Park Hotel. The room was small but had modern facilities. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, making me feel welcome. Despite the lack of a shuttle bus, it was convenient to take a taxi to Incheon Airport. The hotel's location near Chinatown provided some interesting exploration opportunities. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of dishes, both Western and Asian. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

During my recent stay at Harbor Park Hotel, I had a pleasant surprise. The buffet restaurant on the 15th floor exceeded my expectations. The range of Asian cuisine, including fresh sushi prepared by a skilled chef, was absolutely superb. Not only was the selection wide, but the quality of the food was exceptional. I also appreciated the self-serve draught Korean beer and freshly ground coffee. The views of the busy harbor from the restaurant were an added bonus. I will definitely be recommending this hotel for its exceptional dining experience.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the center of town and Chinatown. It's also very close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower and comfortable bed. The hotel offers good parking facilities.

recently refurbished hip new hotel with exceptional harbor views. large bathroom, neat, fully-equipped room. particularly good and historic location near to incheon station too, and 15 minute walk from sinpo international market. adjacent to the centre of an arts and cultural district.

The location was perfect, right beside the port and close to the vibrant Chinatown. We were able to explore the area easily, with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a few museums nearby. The hotel itself had a unique and modern design, both in its appearance and interior. It truly felt like a luxurious and elegant place to stay.

The services provided were top-notch. The staff, although their English was limited, were friendly and helpful.

Although I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, there was one small area for improvement. The bathroom in my room seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

The complementary breakfast and dinner were a nice surprise. The hotel's location was convenient due to the short walk to public transportation and nearby shopping areas. Additionally, the room had a great view and was kept clean throughout our stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the room was overly warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
