Spectacular views, authentic atmosphere, exceptional horse trip, delicious vegetarian food, warm and attentive staff.

Everything was fantastic.

The guided tour of Cotopaxi National Park included in the overnight package was a highlight of our stay. The hike to the refugee hut was breathtaking and the knowledge shared by the guide was fascinating. The staff at the hacienda went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable, from drying our wet shoes to providing hot cocoa to warm us up. The rooms were cozy and the meals delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those who want to explore the natural wonders of the region. Located down the Avenue of the Volcanoes, it provides easy access to the Cotopaxi National Park, with its stunning volcanoes and mountain views. The guest rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that guests have everything they need during their stay.

Sadly, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of the dining experience. The food options were limited, and the meals were often disappointing.

I loved staying in this hotel! The location just outside the national park was perfect and I had great views of the Cotopaxi volcano. The hotel facilities were very clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling.

Nothing for me.

This hotel is a true luxury retreat with exclusive amenities that cater to all our needs. The garden area is breathtaking and a great spot for a picnic or to simply unwind. The restaurant boasts exquisite cuisine at very reasonable prices and breakfast is served right in our room. The view from the window is spectacular and every corner of the hotel is designed with utmost attention to detail. The Full body massage at their leisure room was heavenly.

The only minor issue was that the service at the bar/lounge area was a bit slow, but this didn't detract from the overall experience.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, we were given hot water bottles at night which really made the difference in the cold weather. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly and we were given an amazing tour of the park. The scenery was breathtaking and truly the highlight of the trip.

The roads getting to the hotel were a bit treacherous, and the menu was somewhat limited in the choice of items.
