Fine bed, beautiful bathroom and a private safe, multi-channel television, and a couch bed in the room. Toast, fruit, eggs, and meats in the courtyard. Exceptional service throughout my stay.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful with courteous people from the security guard. The location was central, really close to Hacienda El Santuario, the sea of choices and many restaurants, shops, museums, and there were a cathedral and a church walking distance to the venue.

Didn't like the area, it was unwelcoming.

The hotel was perfect and clean, overlooked patio. Actually, the room was beautifully maintained, it also had hairdryers, free toiletries, and towels. The staff were hospitable, everything was perfect. There was a good restaurant in the venue.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. It's a great spot if you want to be close to the action and have everything within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully furnished with traditional hacienda-style décor and every possible amenity you might need. I especially loved the foot level view of two motorcycles, which added a unique touch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and accommodate our schedule. Breakfast is included in the rate and it's absolutely delicious. The Mexican flavors really added to the experience.

Good hot breakfast with fruit plate, toast, homemade marmalade, choice of breakfast meats, and made-to-order eggs. Quiet rooms in centrally located area. Beautiful local ceramics and artwork displayed. Lovely large shaded courtyard for breakfast or lunch. Friendly and helpful staff.
