We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the bustling city center. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and shops in the area. The staff provided exceptional service, from helping us order taxis to translating addresses for us. Their English skills were a great bonus. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, with excellent sound isolation, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's rest. The amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The hotel offered a nice touch when they provided complimentary fruit and chocolates on our arrival, and complimentary water bottles for the duration of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to the subway and bus stations. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city skyline.

The noise level was quite high, especially in the evening with loud music coming from a nearby club. We also found the room to be a bit too warm, despite adjusting the air conditioning.

Spent Xmas in a resort hotel in a bustling city, what else could you ask for? The rooms were comfortable and clean with heavenly bedding. The location was perfect, you could easily access public transportation and explore the city. , the staff could speak English which was a good surprise. An excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience life in Guangzhou.

The breakfast was not included, and there were not many dining options available in the hotel. , the Wi-Fi connection was poor and frustrating which made it difficult to access some websites.
