The hotel is conveniently located, with friendly security staff always available to assist with taxi services. The rooms are comfortable, offering amenities such as extra beds for larger groups. Location is bad. Takes At least1 hr to get to any touristic areas. Food menu poor. It was actually a room delivery from an american bagles shop. Should be rated as a 3 star.

A bit far to BTS station and hotel do not have tuk tuk service to BTS station. The mattress really hard.

The location of this hotel is decent and we were able to get taxis easily with the help of friendly security staff. Another positive aspect was that the rooms were decently equipped with amenities and the view was nice from our window.
There were a lot of negatives during our stay. The front desk staff were incompetent and made mistakes like calling the wrong taxi for us.

The location actually is not too bad, the security guys are really friendly and always help us with taxi.
There are a huge improvements of this hotel...First, the only guy who worked in front desk is not helpful, I showed him the english address and asked him to call us a taxi,then he leads us to a wrong way.Second, we asked for extra bed during our stay, on the second day, he took our bed away without our permission and inform us that our bed is broken. This is not an acceptable behaviour. Third, there are 3pax in our group and HSK only provide us 2 amenties per day.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious balcony and an in-room safe for added security. I also enjoyed relaxing in front of the television after a long day of sightseeing. The dining restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings.
Families will feel right at home in this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and easy to find transportation nearby. The security staff were friendly and helpful in calling taxis for us. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service.
The employee was not helpful and led us in the wrong direction. We had requested an extra bed, but it was taken away without our permission and we were told it was broken.
