I had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The line dancing entertainment during our Christmas stay was fantastic. We had a great time dancing with Oscar the Cowboy and his team. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had an indoor pool, which was perfect for colder days.

We understand catering for a large number of guests can be difficult, but more variety would have been appreciated. without the line dancing group there, the entertainment options were limited, and we would have been disappointed if they weren't there during our stay.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the beach and offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and the breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a variety of options.

The service was exceptional, especially at the health club and spa. I also loved the steam bath and sauna facilities, as they provided a relaxing retreat from the bustling city. The location advantages were also a plus, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining.

While I was impressed with the overall service, the lack of entertainment options did leave me slightly disappointed. However, the ballroom was beautifully decorated and could be a great venue for private events.
