The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being right across the street from the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to continue sightseeing even after checking out. It was a great convenience to be able to leave our bags and pick them up right before heading to the train station.

It felt outdated and had a strange odor. the wifi didn't work properly, which was quite frustrating.

The porter/concierge (I can't remember his name) went out of his way to help us park for free & to help us with our bags. We were very impressed with his customer service. We thought the room was really nice and the bar and restaurant beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really nice too!!!

We found the road a bit noisey on our first night as we were at the front of the hotel, but got used to it. Also when asked, the reception staff didn't seem to know any tourist information, just basic things like when and where the markets where!! & they couldn't guide us to a really nice restaurant they would recomend....

They mistakenly overcharged my and it required extra effort to obtain a credit back.

I got a cheap deal and feel this hotel compares favourably to several others I've used near the train station. Unfortunately the shuttle service wasn't available when I arrived late on a Sunday night. Taxis are very expensive so use the no. 16 bus if possible - it stops immediately outside the Alfa (gare centrale).

the room was very small. and unlike during the reservation I did not receive a double bed , even though there was almost no occupancy in the hotel during my stay. the bathroom was too small and the blankets were not completely clean. the carpet in the room was originally red, but with many stains.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the train station. It was so convenient for us to travel around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was a nice touch, especially on hot days. The restaurant and bar area were great for grabbing a bite to eat or having a drink. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

In the sixties this probably was a very good and luxury hotel. In the meantime.... time stood still :)

The awful carpet with stains , the small bed rooms, the noise (bad isolation)....

The location of this hotel is perfect, being right next to the train station. It's also very close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Laura at the reception desk. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

The location is great if you arrive by train. Our room was out to the back and even though the hotel is on a busy street, it was very quiet. The best thing about this hotel was the amazing rate we got, $75 for a triple. And unless you have physical limitations you can easily walk into town.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the train station, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. There are many restaurants and a supermarket within a 2-minute walk from the hotel. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The hotel does not have its own car park, which can be inconvenient for guests who are driving.
