Undeniable luxury which is definitely not subtle awaits you at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The rooms are huge, with desks befitted with the best technology. Bathrooms are marble. A definite asset of this hotel is the Plateau, a 7500-square meter spa complex which offers every treatment you can imagine. Great location, a good 20 minute+ walk from the hotel will put you in the mainstream and 1 Staff need to be better versed on HK tours.
Breakfast in the Grand Club on floor 30 was a great way to start the day.
Furthermore the breakfast is great pricey.

Excellent service and location, taxi's are cheap as can get to get to nearby attractions and suburbs. The hotel is clean and very nice, the breakfasts are as good as any we have had in the world and the new Steak House was a sensation. The staff on the club floor are amazing and the concierge desk is great. Fitness room is large, the toilet is well enclosed and concealed in a corner enclosure by itself, best Spa Experience Ever.

Good views over the habour and maybe around 35 square meter. Best hotel ive stayed at and i decided to stay here as was convenient to the venue of my conference. The staff were all friendly and the manager's response was clear and apologetic.

My room was small, old fashioned and very poorly appointed, unfortunately, the food for the most part was mediocre.

View from harbour view room was spectacular and the good memories for the hotel was to our memorable trip to Hong Kong. The staff were very friendly, the marble bathroom was large and breakfast at the Grand Club level was disappointing.

Just the construction site right in front is not really nice for the time being and this hotel is definitely hospitality service at s best. The staff here is excellent and rooms are modern. Pool is large and free form, should be the longest one in hk.

Our room on floor 28 had a view over the harbour was worth the price tag alone, one of the best hotels I've stayed in Asia and great facilities and as always in HK staff were amazing. The bathroom was huge and all the amenities generously replenished daily, food outlets were good.

Breakfast was fantastic, pool area was great and rooms were very comfortable, for the price paid , we expect much much more from this level of hotel. Staff were attentive and the bathroom was like something from “Lives of the Rich and Famous. Dinner buffet were also very nice.
