The location was magnificent: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. Truly enjoyed staying at the nicely furnished and brand-new room with a fantastic view.

What a luxury and simply beautiful hotel with very attentive staff in the most exceptional manner! Stunning, perfect location near to Hong Kong for spring break with 2 kids, 5 and 1, Grand Hyatt for a staycation after having birthday celebration at the Grand Steakhouse, and the MTR and the ferry terminal. Also, easy to get to Central Plaza Skyscraper.

The location was amazing to the ferry dock which takes you to Kowloon on the other side of the harbor. I got decent size and newly remodelled room, it was included with a lovely view of the harbour, movies, a big screen TV;))

The breakfast at the Grill was served in the café. The hotel's location was central, to be honest taxis are SO cheap. Further, it was right by the Wan Chai subway station, the star ferry terminal, and the new year gallery and Hong Kong Observation Wheel and restaurant.

This venue provided luxurious accommodations with top-notch staff, including excellent maid service and a beautiful view of the bay from a newly renovated room, and a fantastic breakfast.

This was an amazing and ideal location right by the center as well as Grand Hyatt for a staycation after having birthday celebration at the Grand Steakhouse. Asked for king room and it was well-maintained with very professional services.

Decent size and well-designed rooms, overlooking the harbor. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable.

This hotel was brilliant place for exploring Hong Kong, enjoyed it and venue’s outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff in the most exceptional manner. The room I booked was large and functional with harbour view. The hotel was set in a remote area short walk to other nearby areas, the harbour side, and Times Square. I ate at the refurbished restaurant near the property.

I appreciated the fabulous accommodation and the amazingly great staff from the maid service. The breakfast was very good with omelette and eggs available.- I was offered a room with gorgeous views of the harbor.

Great location right by a big shopping mall! You can easily walk to it. The area around here is nice and chill, perfect for a relaxing staycation. very close to the city center. 🛍️🏙️

Thoroughly enjoyed the stunningly beautiful accommodation with pleasant staff. Ate at an amazing restaurant for lunch or buffet.- The breakfast had something for everyone, including omelettes and eggs.- The location in a wonderful area was great, with a shopping area and market nearby.- The beach was beautiful.

The updated twin room here looks great and is well taken care of, with stunning views of the harbor.

By and large, it was well-run and 1st class place with top-class staff from the maid service. The restaurant was particularly good for lunch or buffet here, I had savoury dishes. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Star Ferry Pier.

Well cleaned room, holiday base for a long stay. Outstanding and exceptional breakfasts, with most cuisines and the Grill, as for instance. Wonderful and upscale hotel with a remote location next to the convention center which is a major plus.
