Gran Hotel Ciudad De Mexico is done in a French art nouveau style dating back to the pre-revolution era. The atrium is covered by a Tiffany-created stained glass canopy from 1908. There are curved balconies, birds in cages, and authentic elevators made from wrought iron. The rooms are amazing and have fringed curtains, comfortable armchairs, and king-size beds with canopies. There is a rooftop terrace that offers great views of the Zócalo.
