Breakfast was not included in our room price but there is a 7 / 11 right next door to the hotel door, and a Starbucks opposite and down the road a little.

We were able to flee the night of the noisy event to a very nice hotel two doors down on the Zocalo and were spared paying for the noisy night in question.

Great location and a pleasant reminder of grand hotels used to be like.

A perfect location for all sites of Mexico City, we loved the decor and gorgeous lobby.

The location on the Zocolo is perfect for sightseeing in the historic district, the entire hotel is truly beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

Location is great and the taxi driver is cool.

We had a standard room overlooking a side street - the bedroom and bathroom were very nicely decorated and were of a really good standard - we weren't bothered by street noise.

It is our impression that the cleaning crew merely makes up the bed and replaces the bath towels.

When we went to the new room, it had one tiny double bed.

Location is great and the taxi driver is cool. Overall nice place to be, the old style comfort and the staff is increbibly friendly. The rooms facing the Cathedral Square have sunlight in the morning.

Very nice views of the Zocalo from its terrace bar, beautiful hotel and fantastic building in an excellent location. The lobby-level restaurant serves a wonderful brunch during the week, the room is tidy.

Our knowledge of the city was minimal, were very proud of the hotel and the staff were pleasant. The room was beautiful and continental breakfast was taken on the ground floor cafe.

A luxury ice-cream whilst overlooking the main historical square in Mexico City and this is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. The lobby - really is spectacular, we didn't hear any noise from other rooms.

The location is fantastic being virtually on the Zocalo and the terrace bar is amazing - its a wonderful place to enjoy a beer. The glass ceiling in the lobby is very beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable.
