Unbeatable and particularly good location in the center of the city, met requests. Dined at China-Restaurant Lotus, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Handy base for discovering Trier with very very helpful staff in her manner. Good food for very very good breakfast with multiple vegan options.

Cheerful place, it was clean and had superfriendly and really friendly staff in her manner. Our room, including a spacious bathroom, was large, and nicely decorated. Unbeatable and excellent location close enough to Christmas market in Trier and the conference centre, bars and restaurants were next to the hotel. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake:)))

The location was perfect: all the major shops and a market were within walking distance. The restaurant here was good with very friendly staff, we both ordered tasty dishes.

In overall, the place is pleasant, has supper friendly staff in her manner. The units are new-fashioned, fine with the bedroom and great breakfast.

The hotel was much nicer than expected, with beautiful surroundings and a great buffet breakfast. The facilities looked fun, and the bed was very comfortable. Convenient and free parking.

The location was excellent for my purpose. I was attending a 2-week Academy at ERA, and Arcadia Hotel is just some 10 or 15 metres away from the venue. Hence it was nice to have a late-ish breakfast and still be on time for lectures, avoiding any travel hassles. Hotel staff were nice and helpful; cleanliness of room acceptable, despite many times the room was being done late (at times even at 5:00 or 5:30pm).

The only 'hitches' about the hotel are that the rooms are sometimes done up late in the afternoon, and, there is neither a safe nor a kettle in the rooms, which is indeed a pity and definately not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Lots of space in our "studio" room, with a sitting room as well as a bedroom. Very good parking under the hotel.

The third person in our triple room had only a truckle bed, not comfortable. Service at dinner very slow.

Possibly the best and very lovely stay during my visit. Magnificent marvellous location, nowhere within walking distance of a decent restaurant.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location just outside of the main city centre was perfect for avoiding the hustle and bustle, while still being within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. And let's not forget the breakfast, which had multiple vegan options and was absolutely fantastic.

Location: the hotel was close to the conference centre. The breakfasts were very very good with the hot dishes, local food plus multiple vegan options and good service.

Room decor, professional staff, amenities

Room was set up for two, and not three people, as was reserved. Prices for mini bar were a bit pricey. Charge for parking is unusual.

Location is a bit far from downtown than expected while the accomodation fee is not so much economical and the breakfast is rather expensive.
