We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything looked recently decorated and the staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty, and had a rich selection. The hotel is located in a quiet park, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant was excellent, offering delicious lunch and dinner buffets. our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely book here again.

The quality of food from the resturant is good, but the service is very poor. It took nearly two hours to be served with soup and sausages.

I had a great stay at the Vienna House in Castrop-Rauxel. The lobby and decor were charming, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English, making check-in a breeze. I appreciated the trust they placed in their customers by not asking for a credit card until check-out. The room, although small, was clean and tidy. The bed was a bit firmer than I'm used to, but I slept well nonetheless. The hotel was also very quiet at night, which ensured a peaceful rest. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited space in the bathroom and a lack of dimmable lighting, my overall experience at the Vienna House was positive. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Dortmund.

Nice standard business quality- really nothing special, pricey and I find it rude that they even dare to charge for wlan, its 2012, come on.

Great location, just a short walk from the city center. Conveniently located next to a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The hotel had a nice garden area and a sauna. The free WiFi worked well.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment, especially the bedding which was thin and uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning made the room very hot and uncomfortable.

Spending Easter at this hotel was a great experience. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh and tasty selection. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough from the city but still easily accessible. The staff were extremely polite and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The room was not perfectly clean, with some small residues left from previous occupants. , as a smoker, it would have been great to have access to a balcony or some other designated outdoor smoking area.

The staff are extremely polite and provide great service, especially during breakfast, which is varied and delicious. The hotel also boasts a sauna and bar, as well as offering free WiFi for guests.

The TV programme wasn't fully available and some of the tiles in the bathroom weren't cleaned properly.

We loved the fresh and tasty breakfast buffet with a great variety to choose from. Our cozy room was very clean, with spotless bathroom, perfect bed, soft towels and nice decorations. The hotel staff was courteous, friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to the road network and town centre.

my recent stay in castrop-rauxel was amazing, but my experience at was even better! the rooms exceeded our expectations, with clean bathrooms, comfy beds, and soft towels. the breakfast in the sweet garden house was delightful, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming. it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.
