As a business traveler, I appreciated the spacious and well-maintained rooms with a big patio. The hotel's location on the main shopping street and overlooking the English park was convenient and provided a pleasant view. The breakfast facilities on the roof terrace offered a nice view of the park.

Felt like royalty, no complaint.

The hotel’s next to Palazzo Francavilla and Palazzo Petyx was easy to reach...

Our room had a balcony. Connected to a bus stop by a short stroll. Our favorite hotel in Palermo, we totally recommend it.

loved my stay at the hotel - exceeded expectations! Gorgeous decor, spacious room with comfy bed and balcony overlooking the park. Quiet and safe location. Friendly staff, tasty food, and excellent housekeeping. Convenient for airport bus and public transport. Free wifi with great coverage. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast letdown - no milk for cereals and tasteless eggs.

Staff was helpful. The prob was wi fi which did not work. The breakfast was fair but could have been better given it is rated 4 stars

the location is near the center wit, we wallk to the cathedral and other places, the room is very comfortable,wifi in the room.

Lovely peaceful garden view from my room, creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel is located in a clean and safe neighborhood, with upscale shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast options, including a variety of pastries and a hot selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are large. Our garden facing room was very pleasant. It's a new hotel so the decor is fresh and in good condition. The shower is small but powerful.

The breakfast was dreadful. Why they can't offer freshly sqeezed juice in Sicily is beyond me. The pastry, tarts and cheese on display were tired and very unappetitising. The bar food on offer is very expensive and of a very poor standard. We had to return a shrimp salad as it had begun to "turn". The matter was handled very badly and grumpily by the manager. They seem to be able to only issue a single key card for each room. Efforts to obtain another one were abandoned after 15 minutes of shrugging and blaming the computer. We won't be going back.

Convenient location, helpful reception team, close to major tourist sites, bonus of 2 bathrooms, beautiful public gardens, well-located for airport shuttle and other bus routes.

Nice room and nice clean hotel in a good location. Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was good enough.

Parking was expensive at €15 per night but they do vallet park from in front of the hotel. Traffic is insane in palermo so was good to get off the street. Also one day we had to wait nearly an hour for our car to be brought from the garage.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right in the center of the city, next to the English Garden. The room was spacious and modern, with a balcony overlooking the adjacent park. The bathroom was lovely, and the reception staff was very helpful. The breakfast offered a generous variety of choices, and the rooftop terrace provided a glorious view of the garden. the hotel had great facilities and was in a prime location for shopping.

The breakfast was a bit uninspired compared to the rest of our stay.

The hotel was very close to the bus stops to and from the airport. Fare about €6 each compared to €45 for a taxi. Surrounded by public gardens, our room had a delightful outlook, was comfortable and quiet. The property had luxury fittings in the room and public areas. Breakfast provided was good. Staff were informative and helpful.

Comfortable room, efficient bathroom, balcony, 24-hour open Carrefour nearby, convenient bus stop to Mondello beach.
