Sydney
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport in Palermo, making it easy to reach after a long journey. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast terrace provides stunning views, allowing guests to enjoy a scenic start to the day. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.
The hotel lacks in terms of service and facilities, with limited options for dining and the pool being closed during our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.
The room was very basic. A kettle or tea making facility in the room would have been lovely. I would have expected it of a 4* hotel

A great place to overcome jet-lag at the beginning of 18 days in Sicily frienliness of staff, excellence of food, beauty of gardens and presence of swimming pool all contributed. Proximity to Monreale and Palermo ideal
One of our rooms was handicapped accessible. The shower was strange, lacking a curtain and grab bars, splashing water all over the room, meaning someone with a disability is in danger of slipping and falling

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained grounds a lot. The pool was absolutely lovely, and we spent most of our afternoons lounging around and taking in the sun. The staff was also very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. the hotel is in a great location, with easy access to a variety of local attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient.
The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation, which took away from the romantic ambiance we were hoping for. Some areas of the hotel were also quite deserted, which made it feel a bit lonely at times.

This hotel is a decent standard with good facilities and a lovely underused restaurant. It is a bit pricey to eat here. There is a trattoria about 200 yds up the road that is much better value. The pool is very good indeed with plenty of space and a bar. There is also plenty of parking. The highlight is to visit the amazing Norman Cathedral in Monreale. An absolute gem.
The hotel suffers from being in a very run down area below Monreale. The narrow road outside is a busy rat run with local cars hurtling along at all hours. Be very careful when driving to the hotel. It is also very, very poorly signed like most of the Palermo area,so just finding it is a massive challenge. Unbelievably, the hotels sign only points to traffic approaching uphill and most visitors arrive downhill and drive straight past it,only to have to turn in the narrow busy road beyond. A simple thing to put right which costs most visitors time and unecessary confusion.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We liked that the rooms were clean and comfortable, and that the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is also convenient since it is close to Palermo and Monreale where we enjoyed exploring and visiting beautiful places. we appreciated that the hotel had a pool which we enjoyed using during our stay.
The hotel appeared quite dated and in need of renovations. We disliked the strong odorizer smell in the hallways, and the lack of pedestrian sidewalks to safely walk around the hotel's location.

Free parking.
The hotel appeared to be empty, but our room looked out over a vacant rooftop -- it would have been wonderful to have wakened to the poolside views. And why isn't there a shower curtain in the bathroom? It made taking a shower hard.

Very competitive (week-end) price
Concierge was unhelpful. No street map of Monreale and very inadequate estimate of time and distance to walk to teh Duomo, which a street map would have clarified. He seemed more interested in getting us to stay in the hotel and use the restaurant.

Look nice fromthe outside, lobby spacious..location not too bad.
Towels were not clean. Hard to find..signs drop off too soon.Dining-room felt like a hospital cafeteria..bright lighting.no atmosphere and the poor waiters were wearing tuxedos for a buffet breakfast..ridiculous!! Chemical air odoriser in the room was nauseating!! It is a tour bus hotel!!

The staff (Receptionist and Metre mainy) were really co-operative and kind.
Position is in an area where roads are really narrow (even if several buses reached somehow the hotel...). If you are driving a big car (suv or similar) and it's rented and maybe you're not fully familiar with the dimensions, be careful...

It was in such a nice spot near Monreale yet close to Palemo for a bit of city buzz. The view was superb and the pool was really lovely and never too busy.
The bus service into Plrmo was not very reliable
