Staying at Gangnam Family was a great experience! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable double bed. The kitchenette was a bonus for longer stays, and the free bottles of water and soft drink were a nice touch. The free WiFi in the lobby and LAN internet in the room were convenient for staying connected. The hotel may not have had the gym and business center mentioned on Agoda, but overall, the comfortable stay, good location, and value for money made it a great choice. I would definitely recommend Gangnam Family Hotel for your next visit!

Staff is exceptionally nice and pleasant and you can park your car onsite.

The rooms of our place were brand-new with kitchen. Enjoyed that we had a storage space and big windows. The hotel had a magnificent and incredible location, close to a metro station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the prices were really reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that had convenient facilities such as a kitchen and even a washer. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with the hotel situated almost at the top of a hill and being close to the most important subway line.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a great experience and there was nothing to complain about.

I didn't want to say goodbye, had a very relaxing experience and can't wait to go back. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's well-maintained and the location is fantastic easy to access from 2 subway stops. Very very helpful staff did a great job. The breakfast was good and had a wide range of meals.

Spent the New Year at a family-friendly hotel. The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette which was convenient. The hotel was in a prime location near major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily cleaning service was appreciated.

The hotel lacked adequate amenities such as breakfast, and the shower took time to get to the right temperature. The hotel was situated in an area that required a decent amount of walking to access nearby shops and cafes.

The location of the hotel was great, being very close to the subway station and COEX Mall. It was perfect for exploring the Gangnam area and getting around Seoul, with two subway stations nearby on the important subway line. However, it was down a steep slope and could be difficult to climb. it was near plenty of 24-hour eateries and coffee shops for convenience.

The housekeeping was not up to par, with a dirty microwave and spaghetti sauce everywhere upon entering the room.

For the price we paid, Gangnam Family Hotel was a great value. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a stove top, microwave, washing machine, and a good size refrigerator. The location was convenient, just a couple of blocks away from the metro station and close to Gangnam shopping areas. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The beds were too hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, so I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Front desk staff and housekeeper were helpful and kind. Room had a good size, with stove, refrigerator, and washing machine. Location near metro station. Price was nice. good experience.
