excellent and absolutely perfect location, just a walk down to everywhere. neat and huge unit with shower, an awesome view plus a couch.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with a very nice view and twin beds. The staff are patient, offer very good services...

Front desk staff displayed professional courtesy but nothing more,check in time of 1500 and check out time of 1100 is ridiculous and front desk staff is very inflexable when it comes to this,room not as clean as it should have been.

An exceptional stay at Galaxy, with a huge water park and easy access to food and shopping. The membership gives you a discount at all restaurants, and the free shuttle buses to other attractions are convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Only a casino, some visitor not queue up when check in/out but the hotel staff serve them firstly.

too expensive no indoor pool, can't use facilities during winter

great room, i have had the privilage of staying in many hotels round the world. this would have had to have one of the nicest bathrooms ever. and great water pressure! very clean, yes the place is huge and may seem a little impersonal, but thats no reflection on the hotel itself. probably the only hotel i have ever stayed in that has provided free mini bar drinks' we got a great rate at the last moment and i have looked at this hotel many times but usually out of my price range, i would definetly stay here again

Location: the hotel was very close to old Macau. The breakfast was well priced for vegetarians and all the food was good.

Spacious rooms and a stunning resort deck made our stay at Galaxy unforgettable. We were amazed by the size of our King room on a high floor, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient, saving us money on transportation. The Grand resort deck with its lazy river and water slides was a highlight, even in December. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel.
