We had a really comfortable stay here. The location is perfect, right next to the metro stop and within walking distance of many sites of interest. We loved exploring the city and coming back to our safe and sound hotel. The staff were great too, always ready to help with anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet and the delicious Mexican flavors.

The location was marvellous and amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a bucolic park. The restaurant was awesome and the breakfast was enjoyable and delicious with many options which and a separate omelette station, for example. All of the staff was polite and courteous and attentive to guests.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was a short walk to many sites of interest within the city center. Being right at the Hidalgo metro stop made getting around even easier. Plus, it was in a safe area, so we felt secure during our stay. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, trying their best to give us good service. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace on the rooftop, where we could relax and take in the city views.
We had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to family and friends.

The location is amazing. Few blocks from the historical center. The area is really safe and easily accessible by metro, bus or driving. It is a nice hotel...
Don't expect the staff to speak in English (but that's just Mexico). Make sure you know what you paid for as you check in at the counter. The lady tried to convinced me that the breakfast wasn't included while I actually paid for it.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Alameda Central park. The location was convenient, as we were quite close to the city center and the historical center. We enjoyed visiting the Palace of Fine Arts, which was just a short walk away. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided good service and were friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a variety of options. We also had a nice view from our room of the city skyline.
The hotel lacked attention to detail in certain areas.

Comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Secure location for visiting nightclubs and restaurants near the hotel. Free parking nearby provided.
