We always stay here, because we love this hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located near a mall and schools. The complimentary food and breakfast are good. The temperature of the swimming pool is excellent.
The toilet was not flushing and needed to be replaced this time. Additionally, the hot water in the shower stopped working for the last 2 nights.

We were young travelers and we loved the great service at Doubletree! The staff accommodated our late arrival, provided a delicious breakfast buffet, and fixed a small A/C issue promptly. They even allowed us a late checkout and suggested upgrading to a suite for a restful stay.
