We were so impressed with good service that would stay there again. Location: the hotel was so close to a shopping mall and a large and modern shopping centre. Also, it was 15 mins walk from Plaza Centro Las Americas. They offered us great meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Was a suitable place for weekend. The hotel was located very close to restaurants and shops as well as a mall. Booked a room particularly in the wardrobes. The location was favourable and excellent, in one airpot! I checked out Apipilpark, that was set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

the king room was fine, it had a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and tea and coffee making equipment. the breakfast was excellent, there was a great selection of food to chose from. really helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

The hotel's location is great! You have a shopping mall with many restaurants and shops right across from the entrance. You can find small food shops and a Walmart close by. it's a great base to depart from and visit attractions around the area, saving time on traffic. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable, plus the staff is very attentive.

Great location near a modern shopping center and motorway. The hotel had all the modern amenities I needed like a heated swimming pool and gym. The rooms were also well insulated and clean.

My stay was marred by poor customer service. My room key card did not work intermittently for three days, and it took too long to get it replaced even though I reported the issue multiple times.
