The building is nice and the rooms are well-equipped and nicely decorated.

Exceptional beachfront hotel with reasonable value, we had a really really nice stay. The staff was helpful and extremely accommodating, offered us concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. Besides, the location was favourable and perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a waterfront shopping mall.

I have had a fine experience, this exceptional, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Nicely decorated and luxurious rooms with fridge, felt like home. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for me, to a Business Center. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Mozzarella that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of garden. The service was superb.

Location next to very close to Andamar the upscale mall, the beach right off the pools, and parallel to the avenue that has the famous Café de la Parroquia and Veracruz and the restaurant for dinner. We loved this fabulous hotel with customer-facing staff in a very timely manner by friendly staff. It was in a convenient location right by beach and darker water, parallel to the avenue that has the famous Café de la Parroquia and the upscale mall. Furthermore, in a new area of Boca del Río.

Comfy location to the avenue that has the famous Café de la Parroquia with views of ocean and pool. Also - near the beach right off the pools and the common areas. Amazingly comfortable room, neat, with 2 double beds, a balcony plus fridge.

I was happy to find Mozzarella, it was within a close distance from the venue and served nice food.

The location and beach were amazing. The pool area was well-maintained and the beach and pool waiters, especially Rafa, provided excellent service. The staff was friendly, professional, and customer-focused. The room was spacious and had a beautiful design, with a huge TV and a good bathroom with all the amenities. The highlight of our stay was the food, particularly the breakfast buffet. It was the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Veracruz.

The food was great and the location was perfect.

The hotel is located in a prime area, parallel to the famous Café de la Parroquia avenue. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and huge TVs. The service is attentive and the breakfast buffet is stunning. The pool and deck areas are great for relaxation.

The gym equipment is basic and in need of replacement.

I have already stayed in hotel Fiestamericana in Acapulco for two times. That was reason why I choose this hotel in Veracruz as well. But I was very, very disappointed by this hotel. Hotel decsribes that has his own beach...but sea at this beach was very, very dirty and shallow, it was impossible to swim in sea. Next to the hotel there is a space wher helicopters are landing...and they were landing many times a day, espacially early mornings and during the nights...you can't imagine this horrible voise! I ordered accomodation with the breakfest...every morning I had to explained it to lady in restaurant. When I finished my breakfast I was houned by waiter to sign my account...it was impossible to expain him (very poor english) that I have breakfest included in accomodation..I Had to do it... Minibar in room didn´t work...I Asked at reception what´s wrong, but nothing was changed. And finally when I finished my staying in hotel and payed ... in my bill they accounted me all breakfasts and drinks from "hot" minibar. I asked them that it is a joke!!! But was not! I showed them my booking that I did through your webpage (here was described accomodation and breakfast included) but it wasn´t enough for them. I had to sign (in spanish language!!!) that I didn´t drink any beverage from minibar and I ordered accomodation with breakfast...HORRIBLE!!!! If I new it I would never ordered hotel Fiestamericana in Veracruz!!!!!
