the room was big and breakfast was vast and well set. Gas station next to hotel offered necessary minishopping 24h.

Good location for exhibition centre and easy access into the city centre.
The room did not have airconditioning so I had to leave the window open and I was next to a busy road with Trams and traffic all night. I am suprised that a modern hotel did not have air conditioning.

Only and only I can say is hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a quite part of the city. You can go to city center by public transportation.
It's not comfortable, very expensive room during fair period in Dusseldorf. There are only basic features. Hot water, bed, breakfast etc.. No room service.

Very close to the Messe Exhibition center, two tram stops! Excellent Food was very good in restaurant, but the menu was very limited.
As I was travelling alone I asked where the bar was to socialize. It was in a low level of the hotel, no windows, no bar-staff, no other customers and the air con was on full blast, which made it freezing. Very odd to have a self service bar in a hotel, you had to fill in a minibar invoice for all items taken. Very strange !

Staff were excellent - polite and very helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. And unusually in a modern hotel, there was more than enough light in the room. Excellent shower as well. Dinner in the dining room was very good. The Argentinian rump steak was one of the best I have eaten. Very well prepared, not too fancy food. And the art exhibition being staged was a bonus.
As the Medica exhibition was on, the room rate was extortionate. As a Christian hotel owned by the Church, I would have thought usury was frowned upon!

Very good breakfast. Very close to the u station. Nice staff. Very good hotel at very nice price. Close to the airport.
Very few free parking spots. Apart from that, the hotel is better than it looks.
