The breakfast was large, we loved good choice of meals. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near the center town area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. It is perfectly located in the center of the city, just a short walk away from both the train station and the downtown area. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, having been recently renovated. The building is elegant and boasts a lovely outdoor terrace and restaurant, although I didn't have the chance to dine there. I was thrilled with my spacious and impeccably clean room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The added amenities such as the Nespresso machine and microwave were a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that my stay was pleasant and hassle-free. I also appreciated the secure car parking facility, with staff readily available to assist with alternative parking options if needed.

Families would definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating, perfect for a 4-star experience, and the location is fantastic, right next to the Rheinmain Congresscenter.

I recently stayed at Star-Apart Hansa for a week-long conference. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and downtown area. The recently renovated hotel looked amazing from the outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or needs. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing plenty of storage and a great bathroom.

I do recommend this hotel.

Very good location, friendly staff. Very helpful when looking for a good last-minute restaurant. Otto's restaurant in the same building is quite new but very good, excellent service, good food at a reasonable price, and even a great conversation with the chef at the end. The next morning was a good breakfast.

No reason to complain, everything is fine.

Super location to the city, train station and RMCC

The hotel had friendly staff and clean rooms. It was conveniently located in the city center close to shopping areas and public transportation. The breakfast was satisfying with a good selection.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and resulted in poor sleep quality throughout the stay. The bathroom amenities were minimal, lacking important toiletries like shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious and included made-to-order hot dishes. The friendly staff were a highlight as they were helpful throughout our stay and offered great local recommendations. The location was also perfect: just a short walk to many restaurants and shops, as well as convenient distance to public transportation.

While the room size was reasonable, the decor and furnishings were quite outdated. The pillows were not comfortable and the TV had limited English channels.

Everything at this traditional hotel was very good as we expected. The room was good-sized and nicely furnished, also it had smoke detectors.

Wonderful staff - no tea coffee facilities but instead, drinks are brought to your room for free staff would not accept a tip. Fantastic

Access for buggies is tricky - there are around eight or ten steps to negotiate to get to reception

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main train station and the vibrant shopping area. The staff here were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities such as a TV with international channels and a spacious writing desk. I particularly liked the fact that I had a room with a large balcony, allowing me to enjoy the views of the bustling boulevard below. Additionally, the affordable rates of this hotel made it great value for money.
