This place is neat and conveniently located near the freeway, a shopping mall, and restaurants, with a nice bar on-site adding to the experience.

The only thing good was a nice maintanance man found us another room that didn't smell like ash trays or cigarettes.

Hotel appeared old. Needed work. Went up to our room and when the elevator opened it smelled like cigarettes and our room smelled like a room full of ash trays. We were afraid to sit on the bedspread and was afraid to check under the mattress for bedbugs. So we just layed down and hoped no bedbugs came home with us.

This place is so fresh and modern, and the staff is top-notch. the rooms are exceptional and come fully equipped with a cozy bed and a microwave – perfect for a quick snack 🌟. the whole setting is just gorgeous!

Newly decorated room and spacious bathroom were top-notch. The staff here is super nice - like, really amazingly nice. 🌟 Always a good stay whenever I come here!

The fridgerator was rusty and the floor carpet was nasty. Has not been wet vacuumed cleaned. Many stained spots

It smells like stale smoke, it was noisy, the bed was not comfortable...it should have been like $20 a night

The place was clean, our room was recently renovated and large. The location was convenient and marvelous, adjacent to stores, food shops, and Texas from Colorado. Richland Mall was only 1 mile away from the venue. We had a good experience.

Ended up with a smoking room. Never smoked in my life. The hotel said that my request through Booked.net was for a smoking room. The room was very dingy and not really clean. The staff was friendly but not helpful. The hotel had to place to print; I wanted to print boarding passes. Not sure what services the hotel provided that were for Extended Stay.

The rooms are pet-friendly and recently renovated, making everything nice. I especially liked the comfortable bed in the room. The hotel's location is convenient and excellent, with food shops, a mall, other stores, and restaurants nearby. Additionally, I discovered a bakery, Auntie Anne's, just a 5-minute walk away. I had a very good stay during my vacation.

Newly decorated room with a comfy double bed, everything was spick and span! The staff here were so friendly, really made us feel welcome. Super convenient location, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown. a top-notch experience! 🌟

Convenient location, just a short stroll away from food shops, a mall, and the Dr Pepper Museum. Couldn't ask for a better spot! Grab a cup of tea or coffee at Auntie Anne's nearby ☕️.

I liked the fact that I could cook for myself without having to eat out every night

We were not informed that we would have to take our linens down to the desk to receive new ones. We had to call the desk to even get all the essentials to cook with AND we had to take our own garbage out. I was on vacation but felt like I was at home having to do my own chores. I was already cooking for myself (my choice) but then I had to get up and make my own bed, take my garbage out and take my own linens downstairs to get new ones. I could have stayed home for a lot cheaper!!!The staff was not overly friendly either. Maybe y'all should consider informing people when they check in how things work.

Kovation

The rooms smelled musty and old. Would suggest a little air freshner in each room. Had no idea you acceoted dogs!! We did not get too much for the price we paid...esoecially for the room with the double beds. Would have preferred two queen beds!!

Interior is very dated. Time to remodel and upgrade interiors.

Hotel elevator, halls and room did not smell fresh. Room needed more detail cleaning. Lamps had heavy dust and baseboards had dust or mildew. Tub did not drain well when showering.

The room was new-fashioned, recently refurbished, and complete with a kitchen, a clean bed, and shower. The staff was courteous and nice on arrival and throughout the stay.
