We had a great experience at Europa Hotel City. The personnel was friendly and spoke English. As a smoker, I appreciated that they had rooms for smokers. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby and just a few minutes' walk to the city center. We also found it convenient to be just a 10-minute walk from the main station and close to shopping centers, while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere. The single room, although small, was clean and well equipped with a window and curtain. The staff was helpful, and both the internet and television worked well. it was a great choice for our short business trip.

The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay and the breakfast provided was acceptable. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Rooms were very cramped. No secure parking unless previously arranged which we thought we had done, yet on arrival the few garages they had were taken. A lot of down and outs sleeping in doorways around the town. Pleased we were away from this part.

The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like me, with no long walks or stairs to climb. It was easy to navigate and find my way around, which made my stay very pleasant.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there, referring to the staff, to be more attentive and friendly. A warm smile and helpful attitude can go a long way in making us feel comfortable and valued during our stay.
