We enjoyed splashing around in the pools and zooming down the thrilling slides. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to share our water park adventures with friends and family back home.
My kids wished there were more children's activities available at the hotel.

We had a great experience at Europa Hotel City. The personnel was friendly and spoke English. As a smoker, I appreciated that they had rooms for smokers. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby and just a few minutes' walk to the city center. We also found it convenient to be just a 10-minute walk from the main station and close to shopping centers, while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere. The single room, although small, was clean and well equipped with a window and curtain. The staff was helpful, and both the internet and television worked well. it was a great choice for our short business trip.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

I recently stayed at a hotel in Saarbruecken for one night and had a great experience. The room was impeccably clean and was cleaned daily during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the reception lady was particularly nice. The hotel had a lovely cat sleeping on the sofa at the reception, which added a unique touch. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay and the breakfast provided was acceptable. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I can recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and a short walk over the river to the main town.
Rooms were very cramped. No secure parking unless previously arranged which we thought we had done, yet on arrival the few garages they had were taken. A lot of down and outs sleeping in doorways around the town. Pleased we were away from this part.

I recently stayed at Europa Hotel City and had a mostly positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even provided me with an umbrella when it was raining. The room was small, but considering the affordable price, it was acceptable. I appreciated the fact that they gave me a copy of my reservation and invoice, which made everything more organized. The location was convenient, with payable parking available across the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, right in the city center and close to all the attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided every day. It was also a bonus to have a friendly and helpful receptionist who was able to provide us with useful recommendations for places to visit.
Our stay was not very pleasant. The hotel had ongoing construction works that were incredibly noisy, which made it difficult to relax or even sleep.

The location is amazing with plenty to see and do. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Prices were surprisingly reasonable.
Oh, how delightful to have loud construction noises and be woken up by the staff! Such a small room with crappy furniture, but hey, who needs comfort?

One thing I really liked about the hotel was how cozy and welcoming the decoration was. The warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like me, with no long walks or stairs to climb. It was easy to navigate and find my way around, which made my stay very pleasant.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there, referring to the staff, to be more attentive and friendly. A warm smile and helpful attitude can go a long way in making us feel comfortable and valued during our stay.

Mind-blowing stay with an awesome ratio price/quality! The room was small but super clean and cozy, perfect for a short stay. The staff was jaw-droppingly polite and helpful. Great location near the river and easy to move around. Wi-fi was fast, and the 24-hour reception was a lifesaver. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the luggage storage, laundry facilities, and pet-friendly policy made our stay even more convenient. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the shopping centers nearby. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, providing clean towels and bed sheets. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Some guests have mentioned that the walls in the hotel are not very thick, which may result in noise from the stairroom being heard inside the rooms.
