I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The delightful mix of colors and patterns in the general areas created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a cozy home away from home. The furniture was also very comfortable, making it easy for senior guests like me to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy accessibility to nearby attractions in the pleasant old town.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is improved staff behavior. A little more kindness and respect towards senior guests would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hostel-turned-guesthouse called El Ancla. My purpose was to explore Sevilla, and I spent 3 nights here. The private rooms were beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and wifi. The free parking was a bonus, and Sevilla was only a 25-minute drive away. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person was welcoming, warm, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for a truly enjoyable stay!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel's setting on a plateau along the banks of the Guadalquivir river provided breathtaking views of Andalusia's mighty River Guadalquivir.
Rude cleaner and front desk clerk.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, situated at the riverfront of a charming old town. It's just a short drive to Sevilla, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and there is free wifi. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Plus, there is free parking, which is a great bonus for travelers with a car.
The staff could use some improvement in terms of their customer service.

The value for the money at this hostel-guesthouse combo was excellent! The private rooms were beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and free wifi. The location was ideal - just a short 25-minute drive to Sevilla. And the best part? The staff at El Ancla were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our 3-night stay. Highly recommended!
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options. a minor downside to an otherwise perfect stay at this amazing place!

The area offered the perfect opportunity for our family to enjoy water sports. The kids had a blast swimming and playing in the river. The beautiful scenery added to the overall experience, making it truly memorable for all of us. Highly recommended for families looking for an adventurous getaway!
For dads, it would be great if there were more organized activities for the children.
