Everything is what i need and want.

We had a great time during our Christmas vacation at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. the location was perfect, situated near sandy beaches and in close proximity to nearby attractions. The private beach offered a great escape from the crowds and provided enjoyable activities for the kids.

Some aspects left us disappointed. The pool area was not well-maintained, with stains on the poolside and dirty towels left unattended for extended periods.

We loved the water park and pool, and the fact that the hotel is family-friendly. There were plenty of food options available every day, and it was always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the evening entertainment chairs and bazaar, as well as two different directions to the beach and Eftalia island, providing a range of activities for all ages. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a walk-in shower and air-conditioning. The breakfast has a variety of options, including fresh bread and pancakes, and the staff are friendly. The general areas are clean, and the indoor pool and gym are basic but functional.

Some guests have reported issues with the strength of the alcohol provided.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities were everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering top-of-the-line services such as full body massages and beauty treatments. The swimming pools were spectacular, including both indoor and outdoor options, as well as an Aqua park for ultimate fun in the sun. The beach access was convenient and provided a stunning view of the sea. The entertainment was also a great addition to the trip, with karaoke and a night club on offer.

Our only minor issue during our stay was that the jacuzzi was not working properly. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Spent Easter holiday at this hotel and had a great time! The animation team was awesome, especially the energetic guy who kept us entertained throughout the day. The all-inclusive package included a bus that took us to the beach and there was even a lovely little patisserie that served coffee and cake. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were pools with slides for all ages, including adults. Personally, my favorite aspect was the gym which was large enough and equipped with modern machines.

Despite the amazing staff and facilities, there were some negative aspects. The food was good but not great, and the same dishes were served regularly.
