Plus, this place is centrally located, right in The Residence within the resort area - you can't beat that for convenience!

The venue is reasonably clean and big size with dedicated staff members.

The rooms here are nicely styled, clean, with a lovely view and they serve a warm breakfast; great location in the center of town, close to a nice chill-out spot called Taxiko.

I would recommend this hotel. Liked my brilliant stay for my 8th visit. - the staff was really helpful and responsive. - Everything was very good. - I got a well-equipped and well-appointed room with a fantastic view over the sea. - the location was central and ideal on a beautiful island.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had extremely friendly and efficient staff with a relaxed service. The breakfast food was excellent, different choices to eat like cereals, slices of fresh bread, and pastries. The location was great and stunning, close enough to restaurants on the area, the shop and a bigger leisure complex, with 2 other Hotels, in a coastal area.

The location was great and incredible, and we could reach Lido by walking. It was located in a local area so close to the Alfama and Basilico restaurants, the gardens, and the Alfama Restaurant where there is a good selection of various kinds of food. Had a delightful stay for our 8th visit, would be happy to recommend this place.

Ideal overall clean property, it has top-class and helpful staff with a relaxed service. The breakfast is warm, and the location is magnificent just off the two restaurants at the Eden Mar or Porto Mare, which always had seats available and the Alfama Restaurant where there is a good selection of various kinds of food. If your plans include celebrating anniversary, I recommend this place.

Everything was first-class and rooms were high quality and air conditioned. The restaurant was pretty good for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The location was particularly good and perfect, at a walking distance from Lido. I enjoyed a coastal area.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and shopping areas. The buffet and a la carte restaurants offered delicious food options.

The service at Bar Oceano was slow and the staff seemed annoyed. It was difficult to find available sunbeds in the resort during peak times.

The hotel is very well located, close to city center, surrounded by different shops and restaurants. Being a part of the Villa Residence allowed to use all the facilities of three hotels. We enjoyed very much pools and restaurants.

Our bathroom had a specific unpleasant smell.
