This hotel is ideally located close to the Santander ferry port and just a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection is decent and satisfying. The view from the hotel is stunning, especially when overlooking the beach.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection is slow and inconsistent.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the great location as it was close to many tourist attractions and shops. I appreciated the clean and well-maintained swimming pool that was a perfect place to relax. The breakfast selection was extensive and I enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices.

On the negative side, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating. The staff did not speak much English, which made communication difficult.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy transportation options around the city and being close to the beach. Additionally, the hotel was kept clean and tidy, with exceptionally friendly staff who were always available to assist. Parking was also incredibly easy, making it hassle-free for guests. I really enjoyed the breakfast; it had plenty of options and was delicious.

The pool was nice. Good breakfast. Parking was convenient. Cleaners available all day. Great view.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and near to many restaurants and bars. The breakfast was decent and plentiful. The staff were friendly and available all day to help with anything we needed.
