The location by the sea was fantastic, offering jaw-dropping views and easy access for boat trips. The evening entertainment at the Domina theatre was superb. The staff, especially the two English-speaking ladies at reception, were beyond excellent. The bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly, despite the language barrier. The helpful woman at the beach bar spoke excellent English and made communication a breeze. The hotel is also great for families with small children, with its safe environment, pools, and entertainment options for kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel on a small hill with breathtaking views of the bay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the charming fishing village of Porticello. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially after we had a car accident. We loved the well-maintained swimming pools, especially the saltwater pool, and the easy access to the beach for snorkeling. There were plenty of sun loungers and a bar nearby for refreshments. The lush greenery and clean facilities added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including room service, car hire, and laundry services.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very pretty location. The swimming pools are lovely and there is access to swim in the sea.
Staff have very little English. You need a car to stay in this hotel as its not near anything. Hotel does not have free wifi and charges for parking.

location, outdoor area with pools directly at the sea, cleanliness, friendly staff
Breakfast buffet : too much sweets - too little choice of fruit (every day only apples, pears and plums) and 1 kind of cheese all week...and that in Italy :(

Nice stay in a beautiful location on the sea. Very kind and professional staff. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Good facilities including two fabulous pools. Excellent pool bar with friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices during happy hour. Good excursions offered, such as the wine tour to Salaparuta. Lovely setting with stunning views. Excellent service in the restaurant.
Difficult to find the hotel, especially in the evening. Need a car to explore the area.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Santa Flavia for a few days. The location was a bit far from the city center, but that didn't bother me as the hotel itself was amazing. The view from the hotel was lovely, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. They had two great pools where I spent a lot of my time relaxing. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. One unique feature was the entertaining live music at night, which added to the overall experience. I also appreciated how clean the hotel was, considering it was pet-friendly. I truly loved my stay at this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is fabulous, gorgeous pools (many of them!), a funky bar to lounge in of an early evening till midnight, and great staff who ensure your stay is a memorable one. There is free internet, a wonderful breakfast buffet (though it does stop at 10 which I thought a little early for a holiday!) and the rooms, whilst an odd mix of colours and not massive, are perfectly formed, clean and modern!
It was in the middle of nowhere. Ok, not quite nowhere, but as a group of girls looking for a relaxing day and some nice restaurants / bars of an evening, you were incredibly restricted. No taxis were available, and walking is impossible as there are no pavements coupled with crazy Italian drivers = a death wish. We ended up hiring a car as one of our party was pregnant, but disappointing that short of eating in the hotel every night and drinking at the bar till 12 only, there was little you could do nearby. WITH the car, there was a great spot out the hotel, turn left and drive for 10 mins (cant remember the name, but essentially centred around a random crossroads near the beach road) and Palermo was 30 mins drive in the evening out the hotel turn right. Also, not v easy to find based on their directions if youre driving from the Airport. Id definitely get your own googlemap print outs first!

I recently stayed at the beautiful Domina Zagarella in Santa Flavia for a week-long getaway. The hotel's location on the bay provided easy access to the rocky coast for delightful swimming. The pools were large and the clean sea water was a treat. The lush gardens created a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for rest and relaxation. The proximity to a railway station made it convenient to explore Palermo and other nearby destinations. Additionally, the ample sun loungers and bar access ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel was easy to get to off the autostrada and has car parking. We could then take a (long) walk to the train station to go into Palermo which is not a city to try to drive in. The decor was fun and different.
Car parking service would be nice, as there is a considerable uphill walk in the open from the car park to the entrance (and it was pouring rain), but at least we could drop the luggage at the door before parking.

The location was amazing, nestled on a small hill with stunning views of the bay and the charming fishing village nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the room service and the option to hire a car for exploring the area. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as dry cleaning and laundry services. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

It was very close to Solunto.
There was building going on that started at 7.30 that wasn't mentioned on the web site. The room was quite small and the balcony minute. The buffet meal we had was probably the worst value for money that we had in our whole stay in Sicily. We found the hotel very impersonal.
