Every time in Locarno, I choose this place. The hotel is FANTASTIC and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with exceptional view of the town. The location is marvellous, at a moderate distance from Old Town. I have stayed in a triple room with a storage space and Wi-Fi.

There is bad smell in some places.

Convenient location, great for exploring Plaza Grande on foot 👣. Stayed here for one night and dined at the on-site restaurant which offered a wide selection of dishes. The check-in process was smooth and check-out was a breeze.

Its location was central, 900 feet from a pilgrimage church. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat here with bathroom, perfect access to the Piazza, the most beautiful view.

Great location close to a train station, easy to get around. For shots visit Pardo Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. New-fashioned, cheap room, accommodating stuff who provided a free public transport card on request.

Ideal place for exploring Locarno. Incredibly beautiful hotel with incredibly nice team who provided a free public transport card-on request. Satisfactory breakfast with offering a free coffee, enough food to be enjoyed by the whole family, a free coffee - well worth the money. Favourable, awesome location in Locarno Center district so close to the train station, and the mountains. Also, right at the main square. Public parking nearby provided. The check out is easy.

Bad smell in the room.

The room was decent size with perfect access to the Piazza, air conditioning and safety measures included smoke detectors.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Locarno. It's situated on a beautiful square, which adds to the charm of the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable double bed. Additionally, the breakfast included a good variety of food that satisfied the whole family.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

The experienced staff successfully struggled to run the hotel in an orderly way in spite of the guests. Internet accesss is unfortunately not available in the rooms but can be accessed just in front of the desk, in the bar (when it is open) and in the square not far from the hotel (whatever the weather).

Checking out was evidently attended to assiduously as three staff had extensive discussions together before turning to those wishing to depart.

staff was nice enough. We weren't at the main hotel, in an apartment in a building across the street. bothered me because it wasn't as nice as being in the hotel, floor was a bit dreary, with locked doors that you don't know where they were going. If the noises bother you at night, make sure they give you an interior room (if there is one) because we had to deal with a party that had been set up on the street at 10pm. receptionist didn't know how to explain what it was or what had happened. windows are not soundproofed to avoid this noise (it would be logical, not that the receptionist would answer: ah, is normal in the center of Locarno on a Thursday night, as they did). staff was not super friendly, looking irritated always after the first question. We were not in the main building but in a zero charming appartment in a building in front of the hotel. bit souless. Bad insonorisation of windows, we had to deal with the very noisy street until quite late in the night. Answer from the staff: this is a normal night in the center of Locarno ¿? ¿

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - right in the center of Locarno on the main square of the city. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the rooms were basic but clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the nice bathroom and the balcony that provided a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, with enough food to satisfy the whole family. It was great to have it included in the price.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Quiet (for city location) traditional hotel. Well placed on Piazza Grande. Ask for cheap car parking nearby.
