Our room was a nice size with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was awesome, the food was good. The service was good with a fast check-in.

The room seemed not luxurious.

I loved that the hotel was perfect and had extremely helpful staff. Everything was nice, the room was beautifully maintained with amenities like a mini-fridge and TVs. It was good to have cold drinks in the coffee bar.

In the morning, we were served tasty scrambled eggs with cheese. The room was amazing, well-furnished, and had everything we needed like fresh towels, 02 bedrooms, and even wine glasses. 🍳

I stayed in a very nice room with a clean bathroom and enjoyed a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

Accommodation was big size and ideal with polite staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and easy - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Quick check-in and late check-out, with premium internet and convenient parking in an underground garage.

This hotel is recently renovated and immaculately clean. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet.- Top quality, silent room complete with good WiFi and fresh towels.I had a very good stay, thank you.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for exploring Venice. The bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the city center. Plus, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so we never had to worry about finding a place to eat.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. First, the room was quite outdated.

I had trouble getting into the room initially and lady who was cleaning the room next door was kind enough to help me. receptionist was also kind.

I arrived 2 hours before the check in and couldn't get in. I had to leave about an hour ago and when I got bored I sat down at the reception to wait. I chose it because of its location and comments regarding the availability of transportation to the door and sale of public transportation tickets at the reception. However, I arrived it was the first thing I asked for and they didn't have any, they were sold out. I only had one afternoon in the city, it was Sunday and almost everything was closed and I had to go out to look for tickets to the souvenir shops in the area. There are a lot of beggars at the door of the hotel. I had read it in a commentary but I didn't think it was that much.. I booked a room with a double bed in a 4 star hotel and bed consisted of 2 single mattresses joined together, not a double mattress. bathroom had practically no hygienic supplies (shampoo, conditioner, etc. I think only an all-purpose liquid soap.

Location, ease of access to Venice and the staff were friendly

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very supportive.- It has an easy and exceptionally nice location, adjacent to a big Spar supermarket.- The rooms are comfortable, modern, and well-maintained for a very good stay.
