Hotel Delfino Mestre - 梅斯特雷

Good location, hotel is situated near bus station and the staff attitude is the luck of the draw: from very efficient.

Great location, good value for money and the courteous staff was a plus.

Ideal location to visit Venice, very easy to find the hotel.

Easy to access if you come from the Marco Pole airport with a bus to Mestre railway station.

A short bus or taxi connection from the station but only about 500 m by walking if you don't have heavy luggages.

Good: room size, bed, tv, refrigerator, saftey box, light, central heating, bathroom - brand new.

The ensuite facility had no bath tub and the shower flooded easily allowing water to flow freely into the main room soaking the carpet well into the room.

We did get food from the local supermarket but we are not dirty people and all of a suddent we had 100 ants in our room and crawling on the bed.

The room was large and spacious with nice furniture and the bathroom was large as well and very nice.

Nous étions 4 adultes et durant notre séjour le restaurant était fermé le soir, donc vérifiez lors de votre réservation car malheureusement il y a très peu de restaurants dans ce quartier de Mestre.

A two course meal for 4 of us with 2 litres of wime was 80 Euros which is fab and most restaurants are priced around the same mark unless you are near St Marks Square and you can see the prices rising.

When we (4 adults) were there the dining room in the evening was closed, check this when booking as the only downside is that there are very few restaurants in this part of Mestre.

The breakfast is average The coffee and tea are from a machine and sometimes there didnt seem to be enough food left.

The breakfast was very good comprising breads,pastries,jams,museli,cornflakes,yoghurt,hot + cold drinks.

The staff in the reception was very helpful always what ever we asked but the worst service was in the breakfast room.

All that being said, the majority of the staff were wonderful (except for one person at the front desk) and always did whatever they could to assist us.

Bus stop outside just in front of the hotel and the front desk staff seemed reasonably friendly.

The check was easy be ready to pay high prices in the area, the location of the hotel was good for visiting Venice - bus stop in front of the hotel and the front desk staff were very polite and friendly.

The parking facility is very small though but it is free.

Hotel Delfino is undergoing renovation at the moment so you may be dissappointed when you enter the lobby.

My partner and I checked into the Delfino and noticed a poster next to the lift saying the hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

Clean tidy hotel with good bedroom facilities [ I understand it has been recently refurbished] Food terrible.

The bathroom was spotless and re-stocked with soap shampoo/Showergel daily.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

This Hotel is so luxury and clean, reception is very good, rooms are modern.
