Staff are top-notch – always smiling and welcoming. The mattresses are heaven! The location couldn't be better, and the view from our room was breathtaking. Chill out at the pool or in the TV room. One small setback: a bit of a hassle with early check-in charges, but nothing major. Would definitely return! 🌈

I stayed at Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls for transit during my travel, and the convenience of being near Niagara Falls International Airport made it easy to fly in and out of the area. The hotel's free WiFi throughout the property kept me entertained during my downtime, and the Diamond Sky Suites offered stunning views of the city and the Canadian skyline, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.

While this may not be a major inconvenience for some, it would have been helpful to have been informed beforehand.

The staff here were pretty good - they got things done quickly and were responsive to my requests. My room was really nice, with a modern touch and fresh decorations. I liked having a window I could open, a comfy chair, and a cozy carpet to warm up the space. 🌟

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of meals. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, only 4-6 minutes away by foot from Old Falls Street.

Always choose this spot for my stay. Staff aided with insect bite, remembered fondly. It suits me perfectly, offering 24hr reception, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and catering service. Additionally, sun loungers, wheelchair access, no pets/smoking available. Ideal for my upcoming trip back.

Absolutely fantastic and perfect hotel in a perfect area near to the falls for the first time, and the tourist area. A special thanks to the employees who was n't our waiter. Plentiful breakfast at a Starbucks for all tastes.

Very pleasant personnel who was n't our waiter, paid attention to every detail. We was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant at ground floor. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge worked well.

The location good close to the attractions. Plus, right next to First Presbyterian Church. Stocked and brand-new units on the upper floors. A huge variety of amazing food at breakfast time.

Marvelous and beautiful location near observation areas and the pedestrian bridge, just a 5-minute walk from Niagara Falls State Park. Fashionable rooms with great views, super comfortable beds, and fantastic breakfast.

The 24/7 market was a lifesaver during my stay. It was like having a reliable friend who always has your back, offering snacks and drinks around the clock. When those late-night cravings hit, the market was there to rescue me from hunger.

No housekeeping unless you stay longer.

Everything was fine, had a pleasant stay with the excellent customer service provided by Crystal. The room was cleaned well and available with 2 queen beds. The location was perfect and excellent - near more important attractions, things to do, and the Falls National Park and Observation areas.
