The hotel staff had great communication skills in English, making it easy to get directions and contact people. the support and attention that they gave someone who doesn't speak the language was truly remarkable. The location was key and provided easy access to local attractions.
The centralized aircon on my floor wasn't working, so an electric fan was provided in the room. the WiFi signal was weak in the rooms, and one had to go far in the public areas to get better signal.

The staff was very helpful, especially when it came to giving directions and contacting people. They spoke English well which made communication easier. the hotel is situated within a good distance of key tourist spots and attractions.
The WIFI signal in the room was weak and I couldn't connect my iPad. I had to go to the lobby to connect.
