Mould in the air conditioning system, hotel room very old-fashioned, uncomfortable bed, difficult communication with staff (language skills), very poor Internet, no information at check-in,

Great location near the beach, very friendly staff, and an impressive variety of food offerings. Plus, the spacious rooms made for a very comfortable stay.

Some of the facilities were showing their age and there were small annoyances like slow service during mealtimes. But overall, the positive aspects of the hotel certainly outweighed the negative ones.

The food is very tasty and the hotel is very clean and the staff is great. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we really liked it and we will definitely come back again.

Internet in the room is very weak. The indoor swimming pool is 1.80 deep and not suitable for all swimmers.

- the beach bar was a little far away from the beach (depending on which beach section you had your couch at). - you could only hand in or exchange your borrowed bath towels in the spa on the 4th floor; it would be easier if there were several spots for this purpose, e.g. near the beach

The hotel is located next to the promenade and has easy access to the beach. There are also four al l'cart restaurants on-site. The sandy beach is great for relaxing. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the sea. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. The pool area is spacious and the water slides are very popular with kids.

The evening entertainment could be improved with more variety.

The food was unbeatable and the location was SUPER.

The receptionist wasn't quite up to date. For a short stay, quick and correct information is simply important.

Food was mediocre, no big choice, for a 5 star hotel it was a little poor, cocktails were made with artificial juices and tasted accordingly.

We enjoyed this hotel's stunning sea view and conveniently located walking path opposite the hotel, perfect for morning jogs. Many swimming pools with different designs suited all tastes and the food selection, especially at breakfast and dinner was great. The staff was friendly, and the entertainment program and Moni Club for the kids were fantastic.
