crystal exceeded my expectations during this celebrating birthday! the resort was all inclusive, the water slides were fun for my kids, and the staff were friendly and helpful. we booked a family room with two bedrooms and the buffet had a great variety of food.

As party people, we absolutely loved the amazing water slides and aqua park at Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort. The pool area was perfect for us, with drinks, waffles, and ice cream available nearby. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping the kids busy all day, and the nightly shows were a great way to end the evening.

We felt completely happy during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a pool view room upon check-in. Zeynep, at the pool restaurant, went above and beyond to find and safely return my son's iPhone. The aqua park and slides kept the kids entertained all day. a wonderful experience for the whole family!

crystal exceeded my expectations during this snorkeling. the beach was cool because the entertainment team was not there. dinner is good but lunch can get waaaaaAAAAAAAY better.

Gym had no air conditioning.

The resort had a superb check-in experience with polite staff who upgraded our room for free. The bedding and rooms were up to standard. The food quality was good, with a variety that changed daily. The servers understood portion sizes and were attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the water slides and the beautiful pool area.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, everything about it felt luxurious and exclusive. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The Spa & wellness centre was state-of-the-art, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and had plenty of sun loungers available, and the beach access was just a short walk away. The Turkish bath and massage services were also very relaxing and professional. The Aqua park was a lot of fun, with thrilling slides that we enjoyed. The sun terrace and garden area made for a perfect place to relax and soak up some sun.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the entertainment provided could have been better. While the leisure/ TV room was great, and the night club on-site was a plus, the entertainment in the evening was lacking.

Spent a lovely Easter at a resort in Turkey! Enjoyed two complimentary spa treatments and a chocolate Easter egg upon arrival. Great location right on the beach with stunning views. The resort offered a variety of activities, including water sports and a kids club, which kept us all entertained.

The food was mediocre and often repetitive. Additionally, the rooms were not as clean as we expected and the staff was not always helpful.

Spacious and clean rooms, clean pools, excellent water slides, great beach, good housekeeping, good quality food and snacks.

The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff and excellent breakfast selection. The shows, especially the Turkish and African nights, were impressive. The pool complex with its attractive slides added to the enjoyable experience.
