The hotel was very quiet. The rooms were spacious.

Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room for keeping drinks and a micro-wave for heating up a roll for breakfast or making popcorn.

Very disappointed at how out dated the rooms were it looked nothing like the rooms they advertise on line,the carpet in the rooms were dirty the bathrooms had permanant dirt rings in the tubs all of the kitchen appliances were old,if you stay at this hotel do not get the three bedroom villa it doesnt look like the rooms they show online

The location of the resort relative to Lake of the Ozarks activities and shopping.

The condo we were in, #220, was very dated. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Drawers in the kitchen were not stable. Toilets were not secured especially in the master bath. Tiles were missing in the master bath around the tub. The resort in itself needs lots of maintenance.

The rooms were well furnished, clean, and had a great layout. We were close to shopping, golf, and the lake.

Pillows on the beds were not comfortable. The bath towels were very rough.

I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and awesome fitness center

The villa was very nice and clean but a little dated

The desk clerk could not find my reservation and was not very nice until the end of the check in process

The room was big new a new flat screen tv , refrigarater, microwave in there room update there shower head . bed was comfortable

They wirlpool did not work it never did get hot

The Location, swimming pool and staff.

They over charged us by $20.00, I when back in to have it corrected, after we left, I looked at the revised charges and we where still over charged by $20.00. We will not stay there again.
