This hotel is located in a very nice little park on the hill, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern conveniences, making for a pleasant stay. The staff at the hotel are helpful, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the guests. The hotel offers good facilities, including free Wi-Fi with a rock-solid connection and a handy mini-kitchen in the rooms with crockery and cutlery.

The hotel has bedrooms and apartments, everything is new. Lovely view over the countryside. And is suitable for disabled.

The hotel located on a hill, next to a beatiful Château. It is close to the village of Allauch, which is close enough to Marseille yet still have the feeling of a relaxing countryside. The room is huge(approx 30 sqm at least). Also worth to mention is that there is an excellent restaurant called Mediterraneno that is extremely good value. Overall a stay in this hotel is highly recommended.

The reception close at 8pm, and staff who answering the phone after that don't speak much English. However, they live 50m away from the hotel thus managed to come down and give us the key :) , another down side is the huge room, which feels a bit too empty and scary in the night where its completely sillent and dark.

We loved the scenic park-like location, nestled on the hills with brilliant mountain views from the large balcony. On-site parking was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The friendly staff catered to our needs, and the hotel facilities were commendable.

Spending New Year's at this hotel was amazing. The secluded scenic location made us feel completely relaxed. The facilities were new, just like they had been advertised on the hotel website; very modern and stylish. Our room had a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi, which came in handy. We were also happy to have plenty of parking space.

The hotel was a bit far from the town, which made it difficult to find restaurants nearby. The hotel has a remote location, so it was necessary to have a car.

The staff that spoke English (my only language) were very helpful and friendly, always professional, and completely competent. English speakers were present from 9am - 8pm. The rooms were very clean. The two different rooms I stayed in during separate stays were spacious, with large balconies. Beautiful setting in the hills. Allauch is a wonderful village. Very friendly people. I stayed here because all rooms in nearby Marseilles were booked.

The breakfast was terrible. Not even any fruit! The non-english speakers were unwilling to even try to communicate. I would describe them as unhelpful and deliberately rude. They were present from 7am - 9am. Front Desk closed at 8pm so a late check in could be a problem without making prior arrangements. It is a 20 minute drive/commute to View Port area of Marseilles.

Located in a charming area, this hotel is set in a beautiful little park with lovely views. It is located on a hill and guests can expect picturesque views from the balconies or patios. The room is comfortable and clean, with a full kitchenette and modern appliances. the bathroom is spacious and modern, offering a large tub and shower. The friendly staff can assist with requests, although it is best to check reception hours beforehand.

Guests have reported issues with the maintenance of their rooms, including broken wardrobes and out-of-service TV channels.

We chose this hotel as we were driving & did not want to be in Marseille city. It was the perfect location as it was easy to get to Marseille by bus/metro & also easy to drive to beaches at Cassis & La Ciotat. We also got a slice of French village life in Allauch which was fantastic. Staff were helpful & the room was big with large balcony to spread out to.

The only concern was that no staff were available for any problems that may occur after 8pm-6.30am every night.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of accommodation we received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the modern conveniences we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel on the hill offered breathtaking mountain views from the large balcony. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the nearby children's playground was a nice bonus for our family.

It is a little out of the way.. but only takes 15 mins to get to Marseille. They could not offer us internet the first day as they didn't have a cable -so instead they told us to go buy our own... A smell comes from the shower drain...

the ways to the rooms must be better,because of asphalt and grit,the rooms became very easy dirty!
