All in all a highly recommended hotel with good value for money.

The hotel cars cost 2200bht each way which, just like the room rate we felt, is not particularly good value in light of the alternatives.

The hotel is connected to a small mall with a convenient food store (nice selection of wines at a fraction of hotel prices, salads, and Ben&Jerry's ice cream!

Attached to the hotel is a multi level mall with great food and other services at resonable prices.

The location is great as it was near lumpini park which is where the night market is and it is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Great location in heart of central business district.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the location was great!

The previous reviewer said the train station is about 15mins away, if you're staying at this kind of hotel get a taxi to the centre for a whole 100 bht one way which is, what 1 pound 50p?

We met up with a taxi driver that we had the last time in Bangkok and paid him 200bht per hour to take us to places that you just wouldnt find and make sure that we werent "ripped off" in the street markets.

I can't say enough about the room & its design - incredible city view, cool/comfy sofa seat along the view window, great bed, the bathroom shower/toilet/bath is luxurious and I love the window into the unobstructed view of the night city skyline.

The room was beautiful and we loved the rain shower, the glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom, and the comfortable bed.

The rooms are great, big, include iPod charger/docking station, flat screen TV with a good selection of channels, an excellent and comfortable bed, a desk, and a really luxurious bathroom.

Our room was spacious and clean with a nice sitting area, a desk, closet, king size bed and a nice size bathroom.

But once you're in your room, you'll forget the crowds as you'll enjoy the sumptuous comfort of your bed and bath.

Top quality food can be taken for granted, but service in coffee shop (great buffet), bar, Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant all an object lesson in professional service delivered with real charm.

We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants as the Club Lounge kept us well fed, however one night we did travel to Sirocco (which is not too far) to enjoy dinner and drinks in their open air restaurant – very memorable.

We didn't try the restaurant but made full use of the excellently equipped executive lounge (breakfast, high tea, evening cocktails).

We did not eat at any of the restaurants, but there was a great little breakfast place and a Starbucks right around the corner from the hotel.

The executive lounge provides complimentary drinks with a good range of canapes and serves a reasonable breakfast but this does not compare with the main restaurant breakfast buffet apparently.

The service was impeccable: starting form the very helpful concierge and bellboys, to the staff at the restaurants and bar, and outside on the pool.

Service: The staff was excellent during check-in and check-out.

The hotel staff were friendly and the concierge was a great help in providing information about local tours.

On the day we checked out our flight was not until 11pm so we had a long time to be without a room so they stored our luggage and gave us full access to the 7th floor where the pool, gym, locker rooms, sauna, etc are.

Great lobby,pool,gym,food and the best rooms & decor.

Great gym and pool, though sunbathers should find the sunbathing deck near the gym for all day sunbathing.

Conrad is part of All Seasons Place, conveniently located on Wireless Road.

Location wise is great, great hotel amenities, clean and amazing rooms and also friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were new and clean and kept in really good condition.

The room was furnished immaculately and was unbelievably clean.

Also 24 hour room service is great and it was served quickly and beautifully presented on a little rolling table with a pristine white tablecloth - very posh indeed.

We liked the turndown service and the fresh fruit left in our room each day.

From day1 the service was excellent. The hotel staff are really helpful. The classic room, where I stayed( they say it is the basic room), was very good.

We had a very warm welcome by the hotel and after seeing the luxurious room our jet lag dissapeared. The room and bathroom were very spacious and modern. The breakfast spread was another highlight and Its also got an elite night club 87 which hotel guets have free entry too which we enjoyed one evening with wonderful cocktails and music! There is a free shuttle service every 15min or so to and from the nearest Skytrain station (Ploenchit) and its also a short/cheap cab ride away from a very lively night market (suan lum) where you can shop, have massage and eat and Lumpini park if you want quieter time. The only draw back for some people might be that its not walkable to the town centre (Siam) where big shopping malls are and one has to rely on cabs or sky train (which is better than a cab as its safe, ontime and very clean, air conditioned and easy to use).

It's location is excellent (near the BTS skytrain) and the rooms are so posh. The bathroom has a glass wall so it's possible to watch television from the tub. The restaurants are also all very good--try the dim sum at the Chinese restaurant during lunchtime.

Room are well equipped, my Deluxe Corner room featured a refreshing "rain" shower and long deep bath with views over BKK. Pool areas great and receive sunshine all day long (many other hotel pools in BKK end up shaded for much of the day). But what makes this hotel really attractive are the staff. Conrad management have choosen excellent people to represent this hotel in BKK. A call was made to the Hotel representatives at the airport, which meant I was met at the airport and taken through check-in procedures with no extra charge for baggage (Thank you Conrad and Thai). I usually go once or twice a year to BKK, and next time I'm certainly booking in again for another dose of their friendly professional service and assistance.

Room service pricey but top quality in both taste and presentation.

My wife found it difficult to maintain her diet due to the excellent food served during dinner buffet.

I forced me and my wife to walk through an empty back lane in order to get to the skytrain station.

We were travelling with our baby for the first time and good ol' Thai hospitality made our stay a very pleasant one - with the baby cot, baby bath tub - which made it so easy for us to take care of her - to the fruit and constant requests to housekeeping (for water, baby things etc) which were always delivered with a smile, this was clearly what a 5 star experience should be like. Ok we didn't stay on the Executive floor this time, but we got upgraded to a Corner room which made it less cramped for all of us. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous and which I could never get sick of.

The conrad is what you would expect, great service and a great hotel. The staff were amazing and realy helped us out when we wanted to arrange a ncie romantic dinner. We left it a bit late but the staff did the best to get us what we wanted. The location is great as it was near lumpini park which is where the night market is and it is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We spent most of our days around the pool and the staff were friendly and very efficient. The food was really nice and the service was always very quick. In the room the facilities were great but the lighting system was a bit annoying as we could never find the correct switch. You were given 2 elephant toys, one was on your bed and the other was a rubber squeezy elephant left by the bath.

The room was beautiful with wonderful decor and furnishings. The bathroom was very modern with two choices of shower head. A normal one and a rain one which is fitted to the ceiling and allows the water to just cascade over you. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the linens were sumptuous. The pool and sunbathing area were well staffed with luxurious sunbeds, complimentary chilled water and huge towels. All the staff were friendly and efficient.
