Location was great, walking distance to the beach and main attractions. The hotel offered a variety of food options, including vegetarian and vegan. The pool area was well maintained and perfect for relaxing.
The room was not as clean as expected and towels were not changed frequent enough. The air conditioning was faulty and needed to be fixed multiple times.

The location of the hotel is not quite ideal as the road into the water at the beach is not in good condition and the pool is crowded due to the lack of pools for such a big hotel. However, the rooms are clean and they have multiple options for different dishes and drinks, which are quite tasty.
There are many negative aspects to this hotel such as broken shower doors, exposed wires, unprofessional and rude reception staff, subpar cleanliness and quality of rooms, long wait times for check-in. it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.

Spent Christmas in an amazing hotel with stunning sea views and spacious swimming pool. The all-inclusive dining provided everything we needed, from delicious food options with a variety of dishes that changed daily to a wide range of drinks and snacks. The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The organized activities were enjoyable and kept us entertained throughout our stay.
There were some downsides. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty.
