The positive aspects of our stay were that the hotel offered a buffet breakfast, which saved us time and allowed us to start our day off right. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information and assistance throughout our stay.
There were several negative aspects of our stay. the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with dirty towels and mold in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located close to 5th avenue where many embassies are located, making it a safer and more secure area. being in front of the airport is a great advantage for those who have early or late flights. Although it is away from the main attractions of the city, this provides a peaceful setting to relax after a busy day of sightseeing in Havana. The rooms are clean with crisp white linen, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing good service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, including delicious breads and fresh fruit. The hotel also has a swimming pool and well-kept grounds for guests to enjoy.
The hotel does not have a beach, which may be a disappointment for those looking for a beach holiday experience.

The breakfast was superb and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel had an excellent location, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The pool area was great and I appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks provided by the hotel. Additionally, the supermarket in the hotel grounds offered a wide range of products at competitive prices.
The room was slightly outdated and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, and at times, the room was either too hot or too cold.
