The room was nice and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We received excellent service during our entire visit. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.👍

The location is great as it's near many restaurants, the room is comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast is delicious.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Although hotel appears to have been upgraded some from the entry, it stops there. It is a VERY old hotel which is obvious by the rooms. In the first room, the towel rack fell on me in the bathroom. Hair dryer in room #2 was broken (basically broken in half). Towels had stains on them. Carpet with red stain. Toilet seat appeared very old (plastic was wearing off).

Comfortable stay for a work trip. The building and rooms were nice, especially on the first floor. It's convenient being close to restaurants and near some construction 🚧. Also, it's handy if you need to visit the hospital for medical reasons in the area.

We stayed for two days and there was a very limited amount of food out at 8:45. The next day was better. We got there earlier for breakfast. No cups, the gravy for the biscuits was luke warm. Not a very large selection for breakfast.

The hotel's location is great, adjacent to Scott & White for medical reasons and restaurants. I enjoyed the room on the first level, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Clean and great value hotel. The location was peaceful and conveniently located near Temple for medical reasons, restaurants, and Texas. The breakfast offered plenty of food for everyone to choose from.

At 8:30 breakfast food was all gone. When approached the front desk, she was handling front desk and breakfast area. Need more staff.
