The room was immaculately clean and cheap in general, with sofa bed. The location was ideal and excellent, in area 6 month, it's a plus.

Great price, friendly staff, and attentive service. Pillows were comfy and room was decent, although a bit outdated. Some repairs still needed in the room, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The agent on duty was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate. Plenty of linen in the bathroom.

The hotel's location was ideal, with close proximity to the Mall of Abilene, the Shops of Abilene, and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable throughout our stay.

I was there for 1 night and would come back for sure. Luxurious hotel, I liked its central location so close to the Mall of Abilene, the shopping areas and so many restaurants. The whole room was exceptionally clean and cheap with microwave, sofa bed. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The staff were very very helpful the whole time.

I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family of four. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was perfect for my kids.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and options.

The bathroom had hair on the floor, the wall where the ac was has peeling beds were a little too stiff there was a roach in the bed and we had to take 3 flights of stairs to leave since the elevator wasn't working.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the clean facilities and well-stocked amenities. The staff, particularly Jeremy at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was perfect for our kids and the breakfast setup in the morning was just right to start our day. The spacious and comfortable room easily accommodated our family of four.

took somebody 30 minutes or longer to check us in a timely manner -- while checking us in the "BOSS" called 2 times and he had to talk to the"BOSS" & left me standing/No pool /hot tub working on it since 7/10/16 No plug in close to the bed so that my hubby could use his CPAP machine -- had to purchase a extension cord in order to use his CPAP machine. no kind of food or coffee -no DO NOT DISTURB to hang on door / did not have the ac on to cool down the room before arrival--seemed kind of shocked at the price that was quoted by Price Line felt like it should have been more & I was quick to let him know that we were only paying the quote he had in his had. Apparently he was working on doors instead of answering the door bell that they had placed on the counter to check in! We rang the door bell 4 times before somebody finally appeared to check us in! Really didn't seem like they were in a hurry to welcome patrons! WILL NOT recommend this place to any friends or even enemies! Had only 1 wash cloth in the bathroom No shower curtain, no way to plug the bathtub to take a bath -- the tub had a chip by the drain -- looked like a spider -- WHO WANTS TO TAKE A BATH WITH SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A BUG IN THE TUB! ! ! ABILENE LUXURY SUITES is not LUXURY in any shape or fashion -- very deceiving for 100% sure! ! !
