Great value for money, beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling opportunities, friendly staff.

Limited food options and noisy rooms.

Great value. Rooms are air conditioned, with televisions with 3 English channels, large en suite bathrooms with hot showers, towels, comfortable beds, free buffet breakfast, huge swimming pool, restaurant and room service. The best value for money in all of Sharm El Sheikh.

The hotel staff were "over-friendly" as I was a single girl travelling on my own. I felt very uncomfortable with their insinuations that I would be interested in meeting them late at night. This is not appropriate. I am a single traveller, but I dress and behave modestly and felt offended that I was treated otherwise. I was polite when declined nightly visits, but I still felt angry & disrespected.

The location of the hotel was really good for exploring the area, with lots of attractions within easy reach. We also appreciated the fact that the rooms were well equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. The staff weren't very friendly or welcoming, which put a bit of a damper on the Christmas spirit.

Sorry to say that but the hotel is very bad to spend the vacation actually I didn't like any thing in the hotel every thing is very bad

1- Staff not professional 2- No services , facilities available 3-Food are very bad 4- cleaning not good 5- rooms need alot of maintenance For example: the breakfast is the same everyday no variaties i must pay insurance fees in order to get the remote control of TV i must pay ticket in order to be able to use the beach no transportation provided by the hotels to its guests

Rooms are quite basic, old furniture, service is poor. Definitely not 3 stars compared to other hotels in Sharm.

Nothi̇ng to love

It was incredibly dirty!!!and old!! There is no light no scarf on the beds and ıt wa so dirty. ıT was just stayed away from horror films. ı had booked 6 days from that hotel but after we saw the hotel we decided that we could not stay there. ıT must be redocorated as soon as possible. Never think that ıt is like in the photos. ıT is extremly different from that beatifull photos. ı saw it.

Peaceful atmosphere!!!

Just that there were alot of mosquitoes & nothing was provided by the hotel to repel them.

the room service was so good, daily cleaning, swimming pool so nice, food service at restaurant so nice i would thanks Mr Nadyr or Nazyr for all his effort and hard work at restaurant service, Reception was effective also and make many facilities Mr wael do make his best

I do reserve with Diners club credit card and pretend to pay by card i do found old model machine and they say it is in panic from yesterday night ?? I was pretending to pay my additional beverage by credit card same after 5 days staying still machine in panic so please do not say hotel accept credit cards Some Egyptian women go to swimming with all her clothes and shoes yoks it is not the red sea, they must tell them no shoes in swimming pool

The The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. The pool was wonderful. The scuba shop was fantastic..the owner was so helpful and friendly.

Having to pay for a remote was not good - we didn't. No ATM or computer available was unfortunate because we had to walk to find these. It is far from the center of town.

The rooms are in need of a refurb but we had a comfy bed the air con worked and the fridge was cold and we didn't really spend much time in the room. The staff were so friendly it was like leaving our friends behind when we left. Any questions I had I emailed the hotel and they got back to me really quickly with all the information. The pool was really big and maintained, would defiantly come back to this hotel and stay again

This was our second stay, the staff are just as helpful and friendly, breakfast is great, and hey guys, thanks for fixing the mozzies-in-the-bedrooms problem - not a mozzie in sight this time.
