When we arrived, the parking was full. But the reception staff came down to the parking place immediately and told us to park our car to the reserved parking place(it is not used for weekend). She was very friendly and the other was also friendly.

Despite being on a busy street, the rooms offer a nice view and the hotel ensures a comfortable stay with their comfortable beds. Modern hotel, excellent staff and fantastic location. Functional & beautifully maintained room with nice view. Lots of facilities like: central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. Location right by river cruise, beautiful Altstadt, and Deutsches Eck, the Rhine, cable car, historic churches, museums, shopping. Nearby Altes Brauhaus - great place to chill out.
