The rooms are fairly quiet and big, the bed is comfortable. the venue's location is ideal. - the staff are very amiable. - It's so close to central Saarbrucken, the river, and the main area and city center.

The windows opened to a peaceful courtyard and I even heard a blackbird in the morning, which was so pleasant! The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the staff at reception were super friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The room was clean and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and even let us leave our luggage after check-out. a mind-blowingly fantastic stay!

Unclean, pillow smelt of Ammonia, whole hotel in bad need of refurbishment as many broken bits around etc, etc, etc - will send a complaint email re trying to charge us twice!

The hotel is "back to 80's". Meaning that it was probably okay 30 years ago, but since that time no renovation was done. Everything there is old, everything stinks. We found mold in a bathroom and bugs in a bed. Don't go there!
