Its style hotel but not good location no clear intrance all taxi dont know wher is the hotel because the place is not good the bad thing is the food they have poor buffer break fast its not internataional they dint have section for halal food

Great location (close to bts/ mrt and shopping mall Emporium) and very friendly staff. The room looked new and chic. Competitive price.I Can just recommend it!

Hotel is good, clean and convenient.
Service is poor! Make up room, no tip? No change of towel. I need to call before they change it. All international hotels slipper is free. Citrus slippers they charged baht200.

Nice design hotel: room, bathroom design and overal. Location is ok, but for someone it maybe long walk to BTS. (you can take motobike taxi outside to get to BTS ~ 20 THB) Soi 22 has lot of hotels so there are plenty of tourists, bars, restaurants, massage salons etc.
Small window, poor noice reduction from corridor. In my bathroom floor tile was put with mistake (not enough angle) so after shower water didn't flush all, but stayed on the floor.

The lcation was not where i though it was. My mistake. there was not so much with in walking distance as I would have wanted. The hotel was really nice. "Cool". the room layout was great and the facility was new. If the location was more convenient I would have stayed longer there. I really enjoyed the place.
My own fault. bad location for my stay. maybe next time.

the front desk staff were inefficient and could not find my booking even though you had faxed them. The frnt desk lady was quite rude when I checked out after I queried that she still had my credit card slip even though I cancelled it and paid in cash. She muttered to her colleague about me. I shall certainly not stay in this hotel again. She should learn some manners.

Our 3rd short stay at the hotel this month. Once again good service from check-in staff. First room we were given was close to the elevator and seemed smaller than others, although we were assured all rooms are same size. We were given another room immediately and now know which ones to ask for when making future bookings. For value, service and location, this is possibly one of the best hotels in Bangkok at the moment. Comfortable rooms, big bathrooms, good breakfast, nice staff, we will be back !!
