The place was spotlessly clean with a unique design and responsive staff. The location was nice and absolutely perfect as for me, near to free bus transport, the pub's / restaurants, and shops and restaurants further down main street. Early check-in, the staff assisted with parking.

Excellent location ready to go early enough in the morning where we did n't have to worry about crowds at the sights, all was amazing. The room of place was nicely decorated and well-equipped with a king size bed. The private parking was on-site, good service.

Everything is awesome here, had a decent stay for 1 night in August. Staff is very kind and nice and you can park your car onsite. The rooms are inviting and include coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. The location is favourable, close to everything.

I stayed 1 night and would stay here again when visiting Canada. I enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were nice. Clean property and updated suite, which was amazing for me. The variety of choices for continental breakfast was outstanding!

Magnificent, stunning location in Banff, just next door to restaraunts on friendly main street in Banff, the town centre and all the wonderful restaurants.

All in all everything was excellent, had a relaxing stay for three nights. Particularly good and handy location, we were right by all restaurants and shopping. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Buffalo Nations Luxton Museum.

Everything was excellant, even so a few employees where grumpy faced. The location was good and handy for walking around Banff Avenue. There was a great restaurant, all the major stores and a supermarket next door.

The room was great-sized & recently refurbished, with a kitchenette. Coffee/tea makers and fridges were nice. The most important was the staff - particularly helpful and respectful people.

Very amiable and attentive staff who were always there to help. The venue was set in the central position not far from the main downtown core, Chillis restaurant and the keg and most shopping. Furthermore, I walked to see Banff Avenue.

All the staff was particularly helpful, settled my issues. Deluxe queen room I stayed at was nicely furnished with a kitchen.

The bathroom was not very comfortable.

The breakfast itself was cold, can be much better.
