We booked a stay at Spa Casona La Hondonada in Database and were not disappointed. The hotel is charming, with intimate rooms and a beautiful, restored building. The staff were lovely, helpful, and very professional. We especially enjoyed the bath tub with a jet stream, which was quickly fixed by the staff when it initially didn't work. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices beyond the usual Spanish breakfast. The overall peaceful and tranquil ambiance, along with the attentive customer service, made our stay truly enjoyable.

The surroundings were picturesque and romantic. The food offered was impressive with a variety of options to choose from. The bed was so comfortable that sleeping was an easy and relaxing task. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery while soaking in the spa bath.
The noise level from outside our room was distracting and disturbing. We could hear conversations and even television noise from other guests.
