Clean hotel with very very helpful staff and favourable location right by the 5th avenue and great beach club. Different coffee, toast, jam, and fruit. Climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

I truly enjoyed the stay here. By and large, it was well-equipped place with attentive staff who exemplify truly great customer service. The location was impeccable and exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from Coco Bongo.

Came in Playa del Carmen to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was lovely base for doing it. The room was huge and modern, included with the bathroom and an outdoor shower and comfortable bed. The location was nice - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Had lunch/dinner at El pirata, which we found not too far from the venue.

In overall, the place is modern, has extremely helpful staff who exemplify truly great customer service. Everything is perfectly fine, the room is tastefully decorated and modest with comfortable bed, the bathroom plus an outdoor shower. The restaurant serves simple Mexican food.

Cute boutique style at end of 5th Ave. Quiet yet close to action. Friendly and efficient staff. Modern, clean room with comfy bed. Loved rooftop terrace breakfast. No elevator, lots of stairs to rooftop.

Close to other places we wanted to visit. About three blocks from shopping. Fairly quiet, but our room was on the floor surrounding the small pool and socializing area, so we had some noise. Staff very pleasant. Able to park our car in front of the hotel.

We thought it was on the beach. The beach is about three blocks away and is used by another hotel. They charged me for the original reservation before we arrived, leaving me no option to cancel the last day and move to Merida. Very unhappy about that one.

Marvellous breakfast with juice and products served and excellant service. The rooms with a nice decor. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, especially for me.

I had a great value for my money at this small and personal hotel. The room was comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The location on 5th Ave was perfect, just a few blocks from a public beach. The staff was lovely and provided excellent service.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Everything was fine but the best is the home mood, You feel yourself like a guest at the friends' house, not like a customer.

It's a modern and quirky hotel with excellent services for travelling to Playa del Carmen. Very helpful and attentive staff and quick to respond. Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV in the room. The pool area is clean too. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Very nice experience there.

The staff were friendly and attentive. They surprised me with the room decoration on my birthday. The breakfast was delicious with various options. The hotel provided free beach club access and personalized airport taxi service.
