The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sazon. The hotel itself was in a peaceful area, very close to the main plaza, and most attractions. The breakfast was incredible and exceptional, with lots of meals.

Well-located spot just a 10-minute stroll from a cool history museum. The restaurant here is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and unique, plus some even come with a private terrace and a fancy jacuzzi! 🌟

belmond hotel was even better than our previous stay in san miguel de allende. exceptional staff, lovely pool area, and central location near pedestrian streets. the walk and shop guidebook was a great suggestion. the spa was excellent and reasonable. the concierge service was extraordinary. breakfast included lots of choices. such a festive atmosphere at christmas.

Great experience at this beautiful hotel during our city trip. We enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and shuttle service that picked us up from the airport. The location is perfect, very central and close to all the action in town. We loved the comfortable and quiet rooms and the charming decor. The option to have a fireplace or a private terrace with a pool was a plus.

Uncomfortable check-out experience.

The Christmas time here was very pleasant. We got a complimentary hot chocolate every night which was a sweet gesture. The location is great, a short distance from historical sites and local markets. The hotel had a beautiful garden where we enjoyed a relaxing stroll every evening.

Our room was not well soundproofed and we could hear noise from the street and other guests coming and going. our room lacked natural light which made it feel dingy at times.

Excellent accommodations with attention to detail creating a colonial Mexican environment. Spacious, lovely rooms and great common areas. Amazing location near the main square. Dream-like property with a pool to die for. Top-notch service and perfect for exploring downtown.
